Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior Product Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in product design, with a strong background in creating user-centric designs for complex, data-driven platforms. You will play a critical role in shaping the user experience of our AI financial reporting tools, ensuring they are intuitive, engaging, and meet the needs of our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design process from concept to final implementation, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

  • Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs are feasible and aligned with business goals.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.

  • Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across all products.

  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices, incorporating them into the design process.

  • Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering a collaborative and innovative design culture.

  • Present and communicate design concepts and solutions effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in product design, preferably with a focus on complex, data-driven platforms.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, highlighting your process and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools.

  • Solid understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, or a related field is preferred.
